+ for dinner they asked us to select from a menu and it was brought to us (this was great since we arrived 2 hours later than planned and we were tired)
+ for breakfast the fridge was full with the usual (milk, butter, cheese spreads, ham, salami, paprika, tomatoes, eggs and a strawberry syrup). In addition, they brought us fresh bread and delicious pastry (to be found in front of the kitchen window)
+ the shower was great (perfect water pressure and temperature)
+ the kitchen was very well equipped (including a dishwasher and a very good coffee machine) and as the whole house interior looks as new
+ every room has a infrared radiator that you can set at any temperature (just remember to turn it on and set it up)
+ the beds are huge and very comfortable (the only downside is that one side faces the wall)
+ the communication via booking was great and fast but keep in mind that at least on site we could not communicate in English
+ the host is great!

great and comfortable however the bed pillows were in need of updating...at least for me they were not comfortable to sleep on at all..otherwise great place and very clean, we did enjoy our stay!
Very quiet location with excellent view to surrounding hills and fields. Equipped kitchenette, barbecue place on courtyard . Owner provides firewood, charcoal and water for cooking, all what needed for laundry and toilet. Fireplace inside also making good atmosphere. Very clean and owner cleaned it few times and changed bed linens. 10 minutes ride to nearest town with shops and restaurants. Owner is very helpful and nice.
