+ for dinner they asked us to select from a menu and it was brought to us (this was great since we arrived 2 hours later than planned and we were tired)
+ for breakfast the fridge was full with the usual (milk, butter, cheese spreads, ham, salami, paprika, tomatoes, eggs and a strawberry syrup). In addition, they brought us fresh bread and delicious pastry (to be found in front of the kitchen window)
+ the shower was great (perfect water pressure and temperature)
+ the kitchen was very well equipped (including a dishwasher and a very good coffee machine) and as the whole house interior looks as new
+ every room has a infrared radiator that you can set at any temperature (just remember to turn it on and set it up)
+ the beds are huge and very comfortable (the only downside is that one side faces the wall)
+ the communication via booking was great and fast but keep in mind that at least on site we could not communicate in English
+ the host is great!

We booked the cottage last minute but the owner was helpful and communicative so we managed to arrive on time and the owner was there, he welcomed us and gave us a tour around, we really appreciated the facilities and the cleanliness of everything.
When we checked out and paid extra money for services and energy for two nights and six people around 2000CZK which was reasonable for us.

Situated in Kuklík and only 40 km from Litomyšl Castle, Chaloupka u Bílého potoka features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The apartment was very clean, warm, and perfectly adequate for our needs. It was very well located in relation to Nove Mesto and is easily accessible by car, with parking. The host David was very friendly, helpful and wekcoming.
We had a really nice time here. George was always ready to answer to our questions and needs. The apartment is modern, fully furnished and very clean. The position is not far from the center and in a very peaceful area. Recommended!
