The owners are very nice. Facilities are very clean. Rooms are spacious, with big bathroom. Very good location, close to the park and good restaurants. Every one is very nice. There is also closed garden that you can use for leasure.
The hotel is located right near the Colonnada, if you need to regualrly drink the spring waters it would take you 2 minutes to walk. The breakfast and dinner was very good, included veggie selection, hot meals, snacks, icecream and cakes. The service was quick and efficient. The spa procedures are accessible quickly, I presume that depends on the amount of people in the hotel. The sauna and pool are top, very clean. The fitness room were almost always empty and has a very good equipment.
Great studio for 2, very clean & comfortable. Has got everything you need for any length of your stay. Excellent location next to Kolonáda Maxima Gorkého. Fantastic host.
The hotel is superbly located, just a few meters from the Kolonada and it's right next to the access points for the trails. The staff is friendly, even though they didn't speak English (the standard languages being German and Czech in most establishments in the city), they attended to us warmly, trying to find ways to make us understand and help. The pool area is exactly as shown in the pictures, renovated and very clean. If you're going because of it, it's worth it! Bonus point: it's pet-friendly.
