After experience a traumatic start to our holiday with our Airbnb being unsuitable and half the building missing, Bobby the host for Alkinoou Residence came to our rescue at such short notice. Bobby was extremely hospitable, her property was beautiful, the kitchen was fully functioning which gave us the option of cooking at home. Alkinoou Residence is in a good location with a variety of amenities such as supermarkets (Lidl and Metro) restaurants, pharmacy and beaches. Cannot fault Bobby the host or the property at all. Highly highly recommended this property and definitely will be back in the future!

very beautiful nature around, the location is wonderful. We arrived during the rain and the river was filled with water, also, we met crabs 🦀 near the river, which was very surprising.
There is more than one house on the territory, but the distance between the houses is enough for you to feel secluded and at the same time know that you are not alone. The house itself is very beautiful, clean and cozy, smells nice. It is obvious that the owners are trying to make everything stylish and comfortable. The house has everything we could need, even more - I then went to the store and bought the same fabric spray as in the house, it smells very nice. Also, we grilled meat on the grill, there were absolutely all the accessories for this. There was also a coffee machine and capsules.

Good location in the city center. Easy and free car parking next to the house. Very friendly and helpful host: was always easy to reach, helped and sorted out problems quickly.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.

A perfect location, a house located at the beginning of the calm district. A spacey, comfortable, very well equipped house with nonheated private pool, private territory. Comfortable, really wide (180cm) bed in the main bedroom. Significant drop of the price at the end of November.
The villa was excellent. It really covered all our needs, they had very clean facilities that everyone had space to relax. The villa was maintained well and the BBQ was very easy to use. Even thought they do not allow parties, it will make an excellent space to celebrate with friends and family.
