Amazing place to stay. Everything is as described. Private pool was the best! It is small and you can't swim but that wasn't what we needed. For us it was enough. Good place to relax and chill after sunbathing. Good contact with the owner. Fast and easy check-in. We really enjoyed our holidays!

I was warmly welcomed to this property around midnight after my flight to Sal was delayed for almost 4hours. Mr.Joseph and his wife made me feel at home. I truly enjoyed every bit of my stay here and they were always ready to help. I booked the double room which I think is the biggest. Very clean and new build with Morden facilities which includes, AC, fridge, Microwave, kettle and sandwich toaster. If you are looking to live close to the city centre, very close to Santa Maria then this is a great choice for you. Definitely coming back 👌🏾

Great place to stay very clean good WiFi cooker, washing machine, iron and ironing board,shower very good. Spent 3 weeks there would highly recommend it.
Friendly hotel, people are relaxed and helpful. They arranged car hire for us for a day, good service. Hotel and rooms are very clean. Breakfast is easy going, everything you need for a good start of the day. Hotel is close just opposite of the road on the beach. In walking distance of the town.
Porto Antigo is several building of apartments in a well located area of Santa Maria, with security, reception open until late, and a private pool overseeing a bay protected from the waves where you can swim all time.
The apartment I had assigned was marvellous, always kept very clean, and quiet.
The staff of Porto Antigo was very helpful at all time, supporting me on all requests, and even overcoming and helping me with any issue I could have.
I would definitely choose it again!
