The location was great for exploring the island and the villa was perfect for relaxation. The bbq was put to good use and the outdoor seating area was great for chilling in an evening. The views from the villa were stunning! Andreas the owner was a great host and always on hand to help with suggestions to make our stay more enjoyable.

A spacious villa. I enjoyed having my breakfast at the roof terrace. Spectacular views. As it is a bit uphill it is cooler compared to Praia or Tarrafal.
The botanical garden lies within walking distance, 45 minutes one-way.

We really liked our stay here. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful environment. Unfortunately, the baobab tree is no longer alive, but the beauty of the house does not depend on the tree.
We had breakfast and diner made by Lida, the neighbour, and really enjoyed the meals (vegetarian)
The fruits (papaya and passionfruit) were very delicious. Thank you.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
We had the ground floor studio (the right handed one).
The place itself is great, great quality furniture (sturdy real wood), very nice and good taste decoration.

It seems equipped with the necessary things (not sure about kitchen things as we did not need).
I will explain below why, nevertheless, over-all I rated lower the place.
Hotel is very nice furnished, with new furniture. Room was very clean, they really take care about. Staff is just great, they were very helpful with all requests. Breakfast is nice, they did upon request amazing espresso as well. The property has also very good restaurant, specialized for grilled fish and seafood. I can highly recommend lunch or dinner there.

The host is amazing -friendly, helpful and one man travel agency! He made our stay unforgettable and managed to make our stay on the island exceptional with two tours he organized for us. The room is very clean.
