Everything , the apartment , the cleaning and decoration including the fresh flowers they put, the location , the landscape specially the view over the lake , breakfast on the social club , Cris and Maricel were amazing hosts friendly and helpful all the time.
The property is much better than on the pictures.

The hutch is quite luxurious, well above the standard of comparable places we had in Costa Rica. The balcony at the back of the house has splendid views with lots of birds and butterflies flying and buzzing around. Hosts (including the two dogs) are really nice and friendly.

A beautiful compact villa with a wonderful view over the lake. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice garden. It's close enough to all the attractions of Arenal (we enjoyed hanging bridges, Zipline, kayak, hiking and watching the local fauna) as well as supermarkets, restaurants and cafés. At the same time it is in a quiet area, so we could thoroughly enjoy the stay with our family. The owner is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

First of all, Erick and Yesica are amazing hosts, communicative and hospitable, they really made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us via WhatsApp to make sure we weren't missing anything. They made us feel very good.
Secondly, the house and the surroundings are stunning. Monteverde was the fourth stop on our honeymoon, and this was the most beautiful place we had stayed at so far. The view from the balcony was spectacular, and the house could fit 4 adults very comfortably, so we had the luxury of all of that space. All of the amenities were perfect, and we could even use the laundry service from our hosts at a very reasonable price.
Finally, the location in Los Tornos was about 15 mins driving to Santa Elena and 25 mins driving to Monteverde, which made us feel out of the main tourist areas in a secluded and private spot overlooking the mountains and valley.
If we are ever in Costa Rica again, it will be the first place we return to.

Lovely and modern vacation house in the mountains of Monteverde. The house came with a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a nice lofted sitting area. The beds were comfortable, and the water was hot. We really enjoyed the indoor heated pool as well!

Everything! Although the real winner was the outside area…hot tub was great, it was set into the decking so easy to get in and out, great view and very comfortable day bed outside. The kitchen was fully stocked with it utensils so we were able to cook a meal to fully enjoy our evening in the accommodation.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The view is amazing!! The village is really beautiful and welcoming. The room is bigger than the pictures and the place is very clean too. We were lucky to spend the night here and we hope we will come back!
