This is a gorgeous location! The owner is so friendly. The villas are fabulous (we were traveling with three teens so we got two villas). The hiking trails are nice—it’s a great stop between San Jose and Manuel Antonio! Highly recommend.

Fantastic first floor apartment in a lovely 2 unit house. All the amenities you could want along with beautifully maintained gardens. Rodolfo and his sister Marcella are great hosts. We had a delicious breakfast at the soda around the corner run by his cousin. A great find.

Great location, lot of rooms and full kitchen if you want to cook. The patio is awesome, you get a great view overlooking the city from above. And the host is super friendly he gave us fruits from his garden and some recommendation. Plus he has the most cute little baby girl! :) highly recommend this place!

Unfortunately we were there during a low travel season so breakfast and beverages by the pool were not available but that didn't make our stay any less enjoyable. We also got caught with some prett bad rain so unfortunately didn't check out much of the property surroundings but from what we could see it was a beautiful place and one I would go back to for sure. The pool area looked like it would be a great deal of fun with more guests and nicer weather.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
My stay was fantastic! The staff is very lovely and caring, the surroundings are beautiful and it was kept very clean and comfortable. I could not be happier with my stay!
We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Very clean. Very nice person to welcome us. The road to there is bad, but we managed with a normal car. Isolated, yes, but in return you get peace and quiet and nature.
Everything about the stay was fantastic. Kenneth and his team couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome. The food was lovely, and the accommodation very clean. The trails were extensive and enabled us to see many birds, and mammals - exceeding our expectations.
The Talamanca reserve is a haven for wildlife. The staff were very helpful in every way. We stayed in a garden cabin and it was very clean and comfortable.
