Casa Lapa Delicas is a gated, well-appointed small house and property. Everything we needed was there: air conditioning, a lovely shower, and nice kitchen appliances, including an induction hot plate. The porch is shaded and surrounded by a sweet garden with wonderful plants: flowers, banana trees, and a soursop/guanabana tree. We made smoothies from bananas and guanabana. There is a school and a church close by, and down the road are two restaurants and two small grocery stores. The property is centrally located, so it is easy to drive to Montezuma, Cobana, Saint Teresa, and many, many beaches.

Incredible property … the casitas, the pool, the vegetation and the management! Beautiful people with beautiful land and dwellings. Kitchen and bath were so great … the outside patio and hammock! Also location is so quiet in the beach jungle forest. The howler monkeys are incredible.

The house was fabulously appointed, well thought out and very comfortable! With the layout, we all felt close but that we had our own space too. The bathrooms were fabulous, the air conditioning was a cold as you wanted it! We had to increase the temperature we got so cold (and it was HOT out). The road getting in is rustic in some spots but definitely improving, plus, it's an adventure so we found it to be a fun challenge. Even made a game of who could drive up it the smoothest. (I won)
Josephina, our concierge was so helpful and quick to respond with everything, cleaning everyday was wonderful too and the maintenance team left the pool sparkling everyday. I expect to return to the L Design house soon. THANK YOU everyone!!

Pretty hostel. The dorm beds have hooks where you can hang your stuff and enough space for everyone's backpacks. Lockers. Friendly staff. Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. Amazing breakfast!

This hotel was amazing! Service at reception was very communicative, they helped us book a taxi when needed and were super friendly! The room was very clean and the air conditioning was super nice to combat the heat! The pool was well maintained as well, and we really enjoyed our stay here! 10/10, would recommend staying here if you stay in Montezuma!
The location is great! It’s directly at the sea and has a nice Balcony for each room. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The AC works well and the staff was super friendly. You can use a small kitchen.
Breakfast was a generous portion and well balanced.
We rented the holiday home which was amazing, but was a little big for 2 people. I totally recommend families to try it out.

What a way to start our first trip to Costa Rica! The villa had everything you needed and was well designed and we loved the outdoor shower especially after a swim. The cabin looked out onto a ravine with a river, the pool was also beautiful and had an incredible view. The queen bed was very comfortable medium/firm and everything was very clean. Kind and friendly staff (Johnson) happy to offer tips on the local area and a sweet resident doggie. Lots of birds and wildlife.
