NAIA studio was the perfect little oasis. This place has it all, kitchen, sleeping area and living room area plus a small pool all with a stunning ocean view! Staff was the best and very helpful with recommendations and everything you could think of. The place is located up the hill, away from the mire busy main street and since it a up the hill it’s a good idea having a vehicle/ATV.

The location of this property is absolutely incredible. You can see the ocean from the room! We started in the two bedroom with the swimming pool in the living room which was amazing and then had an upgrade to the villa with the pool overlooking the mountainside and ocean. Both villas were absolutely breathtaking and absolutely incredible. I would not stay anywhere else but Selva for my next trip to Santa Teresa.
Additionally, our host was amazing! He was at our beck and call for anything we needed and always responded extremely quickly. He is so friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Really made our experience that much better because of him. Thank you!

Incredible property … the casitas, the pool, the vegetation and the management! Beautiful people with beautiful land and dwellings. Kitchen and bath were so great … the outside patio and hammock! Also location is so quiet in the beach jungle forest. The howler monkeys are incredible.

The place is beautiful, modern, and calm. There aren't any loud noises or cars, truly a place to disconnect from everything. The place is 10/10. Manzanillo and hermosa beach are really close 5-10min drive (I would recommend renting a quad to move around. Santa Teresa is like a 15-20 min drive.) The apartment has everything needed to cook, and the outdoor shower and balcony are gorgeous. You can hear the waves and animals at night.
Would recommend staying here if you want to relax and not be in the middle of everything but still close enough.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. Besides, you can hear the sound of nature; you're visited by howler monkeys and other animals. The river is just behind the house. Also, you can use the swimming pool next door.
