Excellent host, very responsive by whatsapp and gave clear check in instructions and even let me store by bags till check-in time, and allowed me to enter the room 3 hrs before their usual time. The person who cleans the rooms is very attentive and always willing to help if you need anything. Great location, few blocks from downtown but felt safe and many restaurants, bakeries and shops around

Before I arrived the host contacted me and asked me when I would be there and when I got there, she was there waiting for me. She was very attentive . Very informative very helpful.

The hotel seems to be new, love the style of the decoration. The staff were really helpful although didn't speak any English, the rooms were very clean, nice decor and really good water pressure! Beds were comfortable. Good location.

We arrived in Bogotá on a Friday night, the airport was chaotic and transit was crazy. Fortunately, there was people from the hotel waiting in the airport exit to assist and organize the free shuttle. The hotel itself is great. Our room was Big, very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is amazing. The Quality/price ratio is excellent
Great location - walkable to many attractions but tucked away from street noise. 24 hours reception, which was good as we had a late night check-in. Helpful staff. We got a room with shared bathrooms and the bathrooms were very clean, so I’d say it’s great value for money.
Johanna was super friendly and helpful, the appartment was very clean and has everything you need, exceeding our expectations with 2 TV's with cable and Netflix etc, a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 supermarkets around the corner. Would very much recommend!
The place was very clean and comfortable. There was Netflix, good wifi & an in room safe. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I also loved the location - Chapinero Alto. Very trendy & safe area with lots of good cafes, restaurants etc... in the middle of all the action....
