House rating would definitely score rating 9.5/10 as house is beautiful. Host has a very quick reply via email but the number given on booking.com is not the number you use to call on arrival ( must call a different number)

We were 6 cyclists on the Carretera and loved our stay here. Super friendly owner, she went above and beyond to help us and was always available on WhatsApp. Place was large and comfortable in a nice suburban area of town. Everyone had a bed (one on the fold-out couch) and there was ample room for gear etc. Good supply of firewood. Location was very close to two, 3 or so blocks. Bonus points for the friendly sheepdog across the road.

These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
