The accomodation is a little off the beaten track, however, it has beautiful views and is in a very quiet location. The flat has everything you could ask for for a family holiday. It was very clean and the owners who live right next door were very helpful. The indoor pool was a big hit with the kids.

It was advertised as "out of the box" and the good bit of that is that it is quirky and individual and we loved that. There are actually two little chalets next to each other linked by a wooden terrasse. One of them has a kitchen, bathroom, lounge and a bedroom and the other one has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and they left some coffee pods and tea bags for us as well as a few cooking essentials. The location is great as you can walk into the village and you have your own parking space.

We had an amazing stay at this charming 2-bedroom cottage. It was spotless and exceptionally clean, which made it feel even more welcoming. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the living room with the wood fire created such a warm and cozy atmosphere.
The cottage is perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle of the city, offering peace and tranquility. The owner was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The attention to detail was impressive—there’s a washing machine with washing powder, a dishwasher with all the necessary supplies, and so many thoughtful touches throughout the cottage.
If you’re looking for a clean, well-stocked, and peaceful getaway, this is the perfect spot. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

Very convenient location for the mountain train, for up (we did once only) and down (every day). Very good, modern kitchen, with every facility and gadget you could want (except only one oven/microwave). Outdoor equipment was copious too, and the washing/drying facilities were excellent.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
It was very clean with all possible amenities available in the apartment. The location was very good for a long term stay and it was very quiet and peaceful
The view of the room is excellent, very clean, with all the necessary appliances, and it is very comfortable to live in. It is very suitable for family living. Parking is free, located downstairs, very convenient, and the people in the town are also very good. Skiing services are very mature, and coming here in winter is simply perfect.
The room was nice and very clean. The breakfast was good. The cocktails at the bar are amazing. The hotel is on hill top (kind of behind the palace hotel) but very close to the center. The sauna and hammam are nice. The Italian restaurant is delicious, probably the best food we had in Villars.
Chalet Balthazar was in the perfect location, very clean, comfortable, great kitchen set up, 1 main bedroom and a sofa bed, clean bathroom. excellent customer service with great communication ahead of and during our stay.
The breakfast was spectacular, specifically the staff!! The breakfast might have had the best buffet I have ever seen.
Wellness & Fitness area were very clean and well taken care off
The reception staff was attentive and lovely at all times.
Only the staff at the main restaurant were unfortunately a bit unmotivated and in general not very engaged with their work or guests.
But overall I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!
