We spent New Year's eve at this property and had a fantastic experience! The location was incredibly peaceful and tranquil, with beautiful lake views nearby. We enjoyed some great hikes in the area (be sure to pack good hiking shoes).
The property itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were especially impressed with the festive decorations for Christmas and New Year's Eve - it really added a special touch!
A big shout-out to our host, Nataliya. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Everything was perfect, the most confortable bed, every detail is planned in advance.
It’s a 2 floor villa, feels a lot of space.
Breathtaking view to mountains from room, bathroom (!) and terrase! Kitchen is full equiped, there was everything for breakfast.
Newborhood is very quet, near horses and in 10 min cows.
For transport, we took taxi to get to city center, also can be bus, stop is near.
Great escape from busy center but still be near.

We were welcomed like family, and it truly felt like home. The hosts picked us up from the train station by car and also drove us back when we were leaving. There aren’t many shops nearby, but the fridge was already stocked with food for us. The view from the windows is stunning, the place has several rooms, and it’s very spacious. Highly recommend!

Great apartment in a very peaceful location. Fabulous views and close to hiking trails. I would recommend the Monte Bar hike and highly recommend stopping at the Capanna Monte Bar restaurant on the way up. We enjoyed rolling out our yoga mats on the balcony. Valle Verzasca is also highly recommended for a hike along the most stunning river - best to go early though as parking spaces are limited.

The terrace is amazing: Very nice view onto the lake!! Also, the beds are very comfortable. Host is really nice too and showed us around upon arrival. Really nice secluded romantic village. Good starting point for some hikes. The jacuzzi is also nice, although we didnt really use it.

Quiet location and a great place for relaxing
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Not your traditional hotel… and I love it! The facility is a “ticinese” house, the room was very clean, and the bed is one the most comfortable (looks like it is brand new). The staff was very nice and helpful. We will definitely come back!
The location was perfect - in a quiet, pretty neighbourhood a stone’s throw away from the busier Morcote, right by the lake with a terrific view. There were more than one trail to Morcote and beyond. It was an old house and I like old houses :) , very well maintained and very clean so I feel very comfortable. Sitting on the patio having a nice, cool drink from the excellent bar, after a day of hiking was pure bliss. The apartment is very well presented. The bedrooms are large and the apartment a good size overall. It was very clean and provided all the facilities we required including a nice courtyard. It is in a nice and quiet location. The swimming pool was great and only a short walk to the lake. The apartment comes with free secure car parking. A comfortable walk to lakeside restaurants.
- Very good location. From the pictures I thought it was a lake front property (or at least with lake view), but it wasn't. The property is on the inside row (3rd or 4th row), so there was no lake view. But it is close enough to the lake (2 min walk) and everything else.

Everything was beautiful- the location, the people, the hotel, the room. The staff are very friendly and helpful and accommodated all my requests. Very clean and chic hotel, good shower pressure, and the best bed I slept in lately. Great breakfast, secure parking and they are pet friendly. I went with my 3 yo Volpino, I was passing by and only needed a place for the night, but this is a place I would return to 100%.
