Great apartment in a very peaceful location. Fabulous views and close to hiking trails. I would recommend the Monte Bar hike and highly recommend stopping at the Capanna Monte Bar restaurant on the way up. We enjoyed rolling out our yoga mats on the balcony. Valle Verzasca is also highly recommended for a hike along the most stunning river - best to go early though as parking spaces are limited.

Nice little private 'beach' just across the road from the hotel where we could swim in the lake. parking right outside for the motorbike. The hotel very clean, beds comfortable, breakfast great, price reasonable. A little walk into the village but there is a nice walkway by the sea with a great bar on the beach with cocktails and food. Then a short walk to the rest of the village.
The place and the host both were amazing. The place very clean spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were very caring and kind. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The lake was just 1 min from the main door. Beautiful surroundings.
Beautiful location right at the border of the lake. Fantastic view on the lake and Morcote from the 2 rooms we rented for our family and from the very nice restaurant. Having breakfast or dinner right next to the lake is fantastic. Very friendly staff, making every effort possible to please the guests. Highlight was the small boat tour to Morcote and back that we were offered. The rooms are simple and very clean. We will definitely come back to the Zappa Lake Lodge.
