Our family had an incredible two-night stay at Romeo Resort. The property is simply amazing, featuring a spacious backyard that leads directly to the water. The resort is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a perfect cottage getaway: hot tubs, firewood, a kids’ playroom, multiple TVs, comfortable sofas, clean rooms, a BBQ, canoe, and kayak. The kitchen was impeccably organized and well-stocked, and the beautiful dining table made every meal feel special. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful place! Thank you.

I really liked the style of the place. My niece enjoyed her “princess” room and the unicorn. Location was perfect. It was quiet and close enough for day trips to Tobermory and Sauble Beach. If you love stargazing, this is the perfect place. You can enjoy the night sky from the hot tub, balcony or cozy by the fire pit. Property owners mentioned about water smell due to mineral content but it wasn’t bad at all. We barely noticed it. Property owners were very prompt with their reply and assistance.

The house is roomy, with lots of sleeping space for our group of 5 women. It was very close to the peony festival we attended down the road. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. There was a storm electrical blackout in the area for an hour or so and the owners came down and bought us wine for the inconvenience. They were very responsive to any needs we had and allowed an early checkin as well which was great for our stay. Beds were comfortable!

These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
The management was very nice and polite. The room was very clean. The pool, washrooms, and property was well maintained. The lakeview was amazing! The kids loved it! We hope to come back again.
Excellent choice of accommodation for a group. Very clean and fully equipped with kitchen utensils and bathroom amenities. Very responsive and helpful host. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend.
Everything was great except for the smell of the septic tank in the room, which is actually a major turn off. The grounds are very well kept, access to the lake, swimming pool very clean, but the room is the most important thing for a traveler, as you do not spend lots of time on the grounds, but in the room. The price was also very high for a one bed room, not meeting the value of the most important element of the booking: the room itself.

It was cold so we didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Option to have a fire at a fire pit.

Property is large and has a lovely gazebo at the waters edge great place to sit and enjoy the sunset. Breakfast available just 600m down the highway opens at 8 am it seems nothing else except Tim Hortons available before 11 am in the town of Wiarton.
Very clean and well maintained, nice Lakeview, swimming pool, great location for visiting sauble beach, Tobermory, Bruce peninsula park, lion's head park, Wiraton itself is also a beautiful little town, nice waterfront at the bay, people are very friendly.
