Very clean rooms. Free guest laundry ( even had detergent and softener sheets ). TV, dishes, silverware, clean bed sheets, Fantastic view of North Rustico Harbor. No extra fee for my three well behaved dogs. Felix was great. Price through booking.com was very good.

The house is in very good location, central but quiet part of town, close to all restaurants and attractions. The house is very clean, comfortable, nice, equipped with everything you need for comfortable stay.

The owner was very friendly, the room was renovated and very clean, the heat pump in the room made it extremely comfortable, the location worked well for us, I wish we could have stayed longer, we will return.
Staff were very accommodating and helpful. The outdoor pool was excellent, the water was very clean as was the decking, and the temperature perfect. My grandson and my son enjoyed the pool immensely.

The jacuzzi tub was nice but the jets didn't function. The nearby North Rustico beach was a favorite. Kids loved the pool. Friendly horses in the neighboring pasture that were a joy to the kids.
