Access to kitchen utensils. Beds were comfortable, but note all three are double/fulls so a tighter sleep if used to a queen. Loved having the vertical fans in each bedroom. Multiple mirrors around the place made getting ready easier when the bathroom was busy.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
The room was really good and the location in which the room is very near to downtown with a lot of amenities nearby and an indian restaurant right below it!!!! If you are a couple or a group of two friends, I would highly suggest getting this room because for the price and location it is very hard to get a good deal and TV and air conditioner were also included in the price along with the house being very clean as well.

the house was very clean and the process for getting into the property went very smoothly. Beds were very comfortable. The host provided the essentials including dish soap, shampoo, etc. Nice quiet family oriented neighborhood.
Bed was super comfortable our room was very clean.
Breakfast was delicious every single day. The ladies that work in the kitchen worked their buns off keeping everything stocked up. They were awesome.

All small things are in apartment, incl detergent for a washing machine, ear plugs etc. Never ever seen such an attention to small details. Applause!

- Same day cancellation is very helpful.
- Room and bathroom very clean (though see scent-related comments below).
- Ashley at the front desk is excellent at customer service. :)
- Room had microwave and medium-sized bar fridge, which is very helpful.
- We don't appreciate pet fees at any hotel given that some dogs are cleaner than humans but this hotel charges less than most ($10 compared to $30-50).
- Convenient Esso gas station next door with reasonable prices.
Very clean sheets and bed, bathroom was also clean and the kitchen was equipped with the basic utensils and equipments. Location is near the park and beach which is a plus.
