Student residence is much better than in my student days. Basic needs met - two comfey firm beds in separate very clean rooms adjoining a clean washroom and all with good temperature control. Efficient friendly check-in staff. Met our Rama show night needs at a terrific price. We will come again.

In past years we chose this hotel due to its location and price while attending an annual music festival nearby. The service and cleanliness were always a disappointment.
New management has changed that completely. The hotel was very clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly, efficient, professional, and went above expectations to serve our needs.
