The room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was well appointed. I appreciated the coffee available in the communal kitchen. The host was very quick to get back to me when contacted and very polite.

Truly a “Home away from home” The location is spot on! Close to all amenities, restaurants, grocery stores, specialty stores, winery and more. The room has a kind of industrial interior - which is generally nice. The room was very clean and the kingsize bed was comfortable. The hotel is located at the main street of Kingsville. There are plenty of opportinities for coffee, meals and drinks in walking distance.
Lake Erie is in walking distance of the hotel as well but we took the opportunity to swim in Lake St. Clair which is only a 40 min. drive from Kingsville.
