Everything. This property was exactly what we hoped it would be. Very clean, friendly and peaceful. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. During our stay we had car troubles and the ladies done everything in their power to provide us with help, including offering food, lifts and use of the phone. We loved that the property was amongst the forest. A drive to get to but well worth it in our opinion. Will definitely stay again.
Expected a little more effort on the breakfast, even for a continental type breakfast it could have been a bit better.
Maybe some nice homemade muffins or artisan bread, nicer coffee options ( a local roast or something).

We stayed for two nights. The location is a ski resort although we visited in the summer when the resort was quiet.
The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well supplied with clean towels.
The hotel was very relaxing with great views of the mountains from our balcony.
We stayed one night at Deer Ridge on our road trip through the Rockies. Very comfortable rooms, very clean, good facilities, we made use of the BBQ. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was really nice, freshly cooked and served in the accommodation. Freshly made cookies given to us on departure which was a lovely gesture. Highly recommended.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was nice that there was a hot tub available for use especially after a long day travelling. Staff were helpful at the front desk.
