These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.

Although an older, dated property, the room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Continental breakfast was welcome and served early enough for early risers or those needing to get on the road first thing in the morning.
Very friendly and helpful front desk staff when we checked in late at night. We were travelling with our dog and got a room designated for that. It was spacious, the bathroom had modern fixtures and was very clean. The property covers an entire city block. The perimeter is nicely landscaped so it was great for walking the dog.
Continental breakfast included muffins, toast, cereal, coffee, juice etc in a small and clean seating area.
