Our first time staying at this cozy cottage and we just adored it. First and foremost, it’s in a prime location. Everything is in walking distance. Our hosts were very sweet and accommodating. The cottage was very clean and they thought of everything a guest could possible need (including face cloths. :) ) The beds are super cozy and we just felt right at home. Our fur baby loved it too.

The suite is very nicely decorated with all the amenities you could possibly need. Some added extras that went the extra mile included: a small speaker to play music, a diffuser created a spa-like vibe, and a welcome bottle of wine was a wonderful touch. The hosts thought of everything and made me feel like they were there if we needed anything but otherwise allowed us to enjoy our privacy.

The location in Picton is wonderful. It is very close to the main hub of town. We had a great walk to a restaurant for dinner. The house is lovely, comfortable and very clean. The outdoor area is spacious and offers two spaces, one for dinning and one for relaxing.

These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, great local knowledge and happy to share it. Whole building was very clean and felt very safe. Loads of easy free parking. BBQ area was great and use of bikes was also a fun bonus. Location is in the middle of Sandy Banks and Wellington, both of which were favourites for beaches. Room size was large and the large beds were very comfy. Great selection of TV channels. We had a pleasant 2 night stay :)
Rooms were very clean and cozy , service from alex and mike very kind and inviting, downstairs as well very clean and beautiful.

We appreciated the help with luggage to our upstairs bedroom as there is no elevator! The bathrooms were very clean. We stayed two nights, and the owners prepared two sets of towels for us. It's a very cute space with good decor and heart put into that.
There's a kitchen you can use for your needs and snacks are paid for with the honesty policy when you grab one in the pantry. It would have been a nice touch to have complimentary snacks!
We had an amazing stay here in the two bedroom suite! Very clean, authentic looking building that is well decorated!! The bed was extremly comfty and a great bonus, our two dogs got to enjoy their own private backyard :)
Host Sabrina was the best! She had decor on the door and a bottle of champagne in our fridge for the birthday celebration. Place was very clean and spacious for four of us. Picton town, wineries and breweries are all close by. We enjoye our stay. Will definitely be back
