The view and location are absolutely stunning, sitting on the patio enjoying a drink and a barbecue with the family was lovely. Very comfortable unit we enjoyed our stay a lot, easy walking distance to the shops and hiking.

The location was perfect for us and the well appointed kitchen, laundry and washrooms were impeccable. The pantry was stocked, and there were ice packs and a cooler for guest use! Parking and building access were easy and secure.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Hotel was very clean and modern due to recent renovations, staff were fantastic- free bus pass for our stay, rental bear spray and they were very friendly/ helpful. We also had free covered parking

Location is excellent, right in the centre of Banff. The roof top relaxing area was really lovely, especially after a long day hiking. The property is very clean, well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful . The restaurant is very good, both for breakfast and dinner. There are also laundry facilities which was great for those of us who are travelling around Canada. Excellent hotel.
We loved being out of the hustle and bustle of Banff - quiet scenic place - very clean and comfortable . The staff were so helpful by friendly ! Highlight was the alpine meadow and hike at the top of the mountain . A wonderful place to stay and would recommend to anyone
Rooms were very clean, spacious, and had working air conditioning. Underground parking was also very convenient. The concierge staff were very friendly and personable in spite of their technical system being down when we arrived.
Location great, breakfast good but ran out of milk and nothing for vegans, no fruit. Room was nice, hot showers, very clean. Tv didn't work and as no maintenance on site, the front desk clerk could not fix it. Advertised as having a tv so it was a bit disappointing not having one to watch the soccer finals highlights.
