We were warmly welcomed by our hosts, an elderly couple who did not speak English. Our apartment was a small building in the yard of their house in a residential area of this small town. There were 3 rooms off the entrance hallway. The bedroom had old-style furnishing, a single bed and a double bed (the latter had a nice thick coverlet) and a modern wall heater (much appreciated as mid-October in Bulgaria can be a bit chilly). The bathroom was fine and the kitchen "shared" according to the information on Booking, was not, unless you count the fridge-freezer. Outside was a nicely-tended vegetable garden and a kennel for their dog. We had parked in the street and were able to leave the car and walk to our destinations. The modern 'Alibi' bar was a relaxing stop in the evening, while the Tourist Office and "The Central" cafe, both in the square, were only about 15 minutes away on foot.

A beautiful property, everything was like showed in the pictures. The heating never stopped, it was always warm inside the house. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The dining and living areas had plenty of space for our group of 8 people, the couch was big and very comfortable. The host was great, check in / out was smooth, she also gave us the wi-fi password even though in the description it says there isn't internet access at the property.

The house was spacious and comfortable with big rooms and lots of beds. Very nice kitchen and terrace with BBQ. There was coal for the BBQ. Parking for 2 cars. Well furnished house inside&outside.

We were there for 4 day and a group of 6 and the place was everything that we wanted- spacious house, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, jacuzzi, sauna and a nice view. The house was well furnished and everything worked pretty good. The host welcomed us and he was available at all times when we had a question or a problem. He recommended us some places to eat nearby but we also used the takeaway. The jacuzzi works all the time and the sauna was available form 4-8 pm. The sauna costs extra but the it was worth the money. Keep in mind that the house is a bit in the forest and it can become quite cold in the evenings or in the mornings but once you prepare some worm clothes everything is fine. What we also really appreciated is that the host allowed us to stay a bit longer than what usually the is permitted as "check out time", - since we were travelling by bus and our bus was for 3pm he allowed us to stay till then. We appreciated it a lot since the weather was not good and otherwise we had nowhere to stay. We totally recommend this place for people who want to get out of the city for a trip. We will revisit.

Amazing place - it had a jacuzzi & a sauna & the property was super clean and well maintained. The hosts were hospitable and helpful and there was free parking. There were a couple of shops in the neighbourhood nearby and the kitchen was well equipped with all sorts of pots, pans, cutlery.

The apartment was spacious, brand new and very clean. The location is not central, but very peaceful with pleasant surroundings: forest up the hill, traditional residential area down the hill. The pool was clean and nice temperature. Staff was very accommodating.

The view from the hotel and the swimming pools was amazing - you could see the mountains, the forest and the town from above. The spa facilities were great - three swimming pools, two saunas, two steam rooms, freezing room, special tropical and winter showers, massages. The breakfast was very tasty and various, there was a lunch menu and the dinner a la cart was delicious. The staff was very kind and everything was very clean
