The property was very clean and cozy. It included small kitchen but with all electrical appliances needed to cook. The garden area was really nice and green with a table under a canopy where you could do a bbq day as it included an electric grill.
The sleeping area had two single beds that were joined together to make a massive bed. It was really comfy. The living area included a sofa bed also very comfortable. There was no expenses spared on the entertainment the TV was decent size for the space and it was a Smart TV so you could long in to your Netflix, Prime etc . The bathroom was spotless and surprisingly big for what you’d expect from a studio of this size.

We chose to have the two houses for our wedding party stay and we had the most amazing time. The houses are beautiful and the host helped us organise the stay. Everything was done with a lot of care. We had a meeting beforehand to view the houses, we discussed the details we wanted, and the host also helped us organise an outdoor barbecue the day after the wedding with everything we needed for 20 people. We are very grateful for everything and would recommend the two houses to anyone. Thank you again for everything!

Nikolai and Daniella are two very kind and welcoming hosts who have 5 very nice dogs just as nice and friendly as they are. Their property is located perfectly above Tsareva Livada and has nice views over the surrounding hills. They stay in one of the houses inside the courtyard, while the guests stay in another house which has a spacious living room linked with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The house is equipped with almost everything you need for a relaxing stay and has one large double bed in the bedroom and 2 extensible (but very cozy) sofas in the living room. It's perfect for 4 people. The kitchen part is fully equipped so you can cook if you want to (refrigerator, microwave oven, gas cooker, crockery, dishes etc.). There is also a TV in the living room which was good to have. But what really stands out for this place is the access to a very nice outside pool and a hot-tub jacuzzi next to it and a very modern-looking sauna. These facilities were excelent and made you feel like you're in a spa. All in all, this location is a hidden gem and a little piece of heaven. Bonus points: it's near the Dryanovo waterfall and monastery where there are a lot of nice hikes you can do.

P. S. When you come by car you should turn left from the main road to a small unasphalted road 100 meters earlier than the place where GoogleMaps indicates arrival point, the house is on a small hill above the main road.

It was very clean, peaceful and extremely affordable. We loved the family room in the back with a full kitchen and fireplace where we gathered with all the guests and family. The host were very kind and accommodating. It is very close to town. There was also a store across the street to buy some basic needs.
Great location and complex in Tryavna. The room is big and very well designed. It was very clean and comfortable. The complex is in the old area and 10 to 15 minutes to all attractions.
Extremely hospitable owners that checked in with us during our stay and made sure we have everything we need! They even left a sit on car for our two year old to use during the stay and he loved it. Also a very comfortable flat that was very clean and we were even welcomed with a bottle of wine. The kitchen is equipped with a dolce gusto coffee machine and everything you need, even sharp knives! ( which is not very common in holiday flats)
The location is also nicely by the lake and in the nature.
The location was perfect - very close to the old center - walking distance. The parking lot was just a few meters away and free. The room and all areas were very clean and quite, and it was big enough to arrange our staff since we had a lot travelling many days away from home.
