This is a new villa, fully furnished with everything you may need (no dishwasher) for a short or long stay. There are 3 AC in the villa - in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room. The yard behind the villa is great place to relax or cook your lunch /dinner on the BBQ, next time we will try it!
Didn't manage to walk a lot in the area, it's most likely for a car, as you enter the complex through a barrier and you pay the parking every time you get out,unless you have a daily card.
The owner is very helpful and professional, responsive. It is self check in which was great for us or someone who arrives late, for example.
Would recommend and would come again here with friends!

The villa was great and it had everything my family needed. We were warmly welcomed by the host and given an overview of the house. The house is beautifully decorated and it was a home away from home for us. Host helped us with anything we needed and was so nice. We hope to be back soon!

Very nice, clean, welcoming, you can find everything you need, just like at home! The helpful host, very friendly, recommended us some places.
Spacious, clean pool with warm water, barbecue area, perfect for 2-3 families. The beach is at 5 minutes,nice area.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
We stayed in many apartments in kaliakria resort and this was definitely one of the best. Very clean room. They left some beer and water and sweets for us which were very welcome after the long trip we had.
The apartment was very, very clean, tidy and well prepared as described for me. The ease of communication with the host and the overall experience was perfect!
Close to the beach, quiet area, very clean room, big terrace, really nice swimming pool.
There are parking options in the area, but the paid private parking garrage is a good option.
Two restaurants nearby: Laguna (on the beach) and The Old bridge.
The glamping area is new and there is a fridge, a bbq, a microwave and sandwich maker available in the common space. There was a coffee machine and kettle for hot water too. Also the tent had two chairs and a table. Very quite area. Shower and toilet were very clean as well.

everything we had to know for a nice holiday. the pools
are amazing , specialy the infinite pools, the location is
kids friendly and is at a price which everyone can afford.
