The houses are clean, with nice deck. They are from the "container" type, but better than others - nice wood insulation and more spacious. We were provided with everything needed. The hosts are great - very friendly and outgoing. Every house has a personal water heater and air-conditioning - you always have hot wather and can regulate the temperature inside.

The place has a top location - in the center, next to a bar (very quiet one), next to a great fish restaurant (Talian ) and in a close proximity to Veleka beach. The Butamyata beach is also very close. I recommend the place for sure, you won't regret it!
Excellent choice, near the forest, in a very relaxing setting, with a big and very well maintained and accessorized garden, including also a summer kitchen dedicated to guests. Rooms are spacious, very clean and with all amenities, the hosts are welcoming.
Parking is possible in the yard, but also in the street, next to the guesthouse.

We had a wonderful stay at the Doctor's House. The location is great and the apartment had everything we needed, very clean and well provided 5th. The children didn't want to leave! The owner was very friendly and accommodating too. If we ever came back to the area we would definitely stay here again. Oh, we had a lovely balcony and sea view!
The apartment was very clean, seems all furniture is brand new. Close to Butamya beach, needs 15 minutes walk to the restaurants in the Sinemoretz village. Friendly staff
