Very friendly welcome and easy to arrange time to meet to get the keys to the property. A really beautiful and traditional cottage in a central part of the village and a nice walk to the Shipka church. Very clean and comfortable.

Easy to find, outdoor and indoor fireplace + barbecue, all rooms had bathrooms, good outdoor areas, ice machine. The host was super polite and very welcoming, she even lit up the fireplace when we got there!

These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The room was amazing, so comfortable and big.very clean and stylish decor. The public areas were super clean like the gym/spa, toilets, restaurant etc. food was also really tasty. It definitely felt like a higher star hotel than it was. Would recommend and return

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, everything is clean and well maintained, and the hosts just make you feel at home. We can definitely recommend the place to anyone!

- the temperature in the hotel is always very pleasant (we visited twice - in the summer and in November)
Is a very nice complex with swimingpool! A perfect place to relax and disconect. It was all very clean and the owner was very close and he help us to reserve a restaurant to dinner to us and also he wait us to arrive because we were late! Very recomendable! And if you stay for a short time like us there are some little houses in perfect conditions.
We liked everything! Very clean and comfortable apartment, spacious rooms, friendly and very helpful staff. We would gladly be back to hotel Alexander again.
