The hosts were very gracious and helpful. The property was well appointed, clean, comfortable and very private despite it's excellent location in the heart of old Nesebar. And the fruit bearing pomegranate and persimmon tress in the garden were an unexpected bonus.

The villa is a great size, nice pool although we couldn’t use it as the water was too cold! The terrace is lovely and the outside area. Very clean. Great lady managing the villa for the owner.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
We chose a deluxe studio for three nights and we can highly recommend this place. The studio was very clean, spacious and modern with air con. The studio has a very nice balcony too but it is with a restricted view of the sea. The location is great, only a 10-15 mins walk from Nesebar Old Town.
The beach is about 5 mins away and there are plenty of shops near by.
Our host was friendly and easy to get hold of when needed. The reception staff was also very friendly.

The owner was incredibly nice, flexible and helped us with everything. His sister as well. The room was as on the photos, very clean. The building is also nice and quiet. Very close to the beach and shops, restaurants, really amazing location. If we are ever going back to Nessebar, definitely will chose this place again.
Excellent first line location with an amazing view to the sea and the beach. We also enjoyed the pool and appreciated having secure parking. The flat was very clean. Friendly and accommodating host.
The apartments are less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. There are supermarkets, restaurants and a medical centre nearby. The pool at the facility was very clean. Our room was very affordable.
It was a wonderful stay. The host is the most lovely lady and the house itself is very clean and has a great location in the middle of the old town in Nessebar.
They welcomed us very generous and nice and explained us everything that we needed to know about the old town.
It was definitely more than what i expected.
