The villa is very nice, modern and has everything you may need. Location is great, a forest surrounds the complex. There is a secured parking for each villa and you just a few minutes away from Pavel Banya's center (by car). The host gave us a free late checkout because of the noisy party the previous night.

It is quite new, very clean, the price was also great. The hosts are nice, really helpful if you need some direction or advise on the local food places or side seeings.
This guest house was beyond our expectations. it was very clean, traditional settings, super comfortable, quiet location yet very central. it had all facilities for cooking, staying out of the room on a beautiful veranda and also a dining room. a gem that we recommend strongly. The host was generous offering coffee and tea and very welcoming.
Excellent accommotion with accent on every detail: several signs on the surrounding streets showing the direction to the accommodation, very clean, a common space in the court, soap and towels in the rooms, a staircase in excellent conditions, friendly owners etc
