We chose to have the two houses for our wedding party stay and we had the most amazing time. The houses are beautiful and the host helped us organise the stay. Everything was done with a lot of care. We had a meeting beforehand to view the houses, we discussed the details we wanted, and the host also helped us organise an outdoor barbecue the day after the wedding with everything we needed for 20 people. Nikolai and Daniella are two very kind and welcoming hosts who have 5 very nice dogs just as nice and friendly as they are. Their property is located perfectly above Tsareva Livada and has nice views over the surrounding hills. They stay in one of the houses inside the courtyard, while the guests stay in another house which has a spacious living room linked with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The house is equipped with almost everything you need for a relaxing stay and has one large double bed in the bedroom and 2 extensible (but very cozy) sofas in the living room. It's perfect for 4 people. The kitchen part is fully equipped so you can cook if you want to (refrigerator, microwave oven, gas cooker, crockery, dishes etc.). There is also a TV in the living room which was good to have. But what really stands out for this place is the access to a very nice outside pool and a hot-tub jacuzzi next to it and a very modern-looking sauna. These facilities were excelent and made you feel like you're in a spa. All in all, this location is a hidden gem and a little piece of heaven. Bonus points: it's near the Dryanovo waterfall and monastery where there are a lot of nice hikes you can do.

The place is wonderfull for a spending quality time with family or friends and for relaxation. The nature is beautifull all around and the house has everything you can need. From barbeque to netflix & sauna. The host was extraordinary helpfull and nice. For sure we will come back here.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The house is very clean and has absolutely all the necessary facilities. There are a swimming pool, sauna, ping pong table, barbecue, board games, a large living room. In the kitchen you can find everything you need. And the location is so quiet.
On the second day, I stayed in a room with a town view. The room was spacious and the view of the Bulgarian houses was just as good as the mountain side.
There were no problems with the bathroom or toilet. The room was very clean. It was along the road, but the noise of passing cars did not bother me.
Everything perfect. Parking right outside very nice location and a single room available for solo travelers. Very clean room and bathroom. I felt very welcome from the first moment. If Koliovata is available dont look further! You already hit the jackpot! Nicolai is a super host and fluent in English
Very clean, location spot on to the centre, very nice and helpfully owners, room was a little bit small but overall nice, very clean and nice place for an honest price. Would be nice if the address was also written in English for an easily gps guiding.
I loved everything. The location is super central. Building itself looks a bit shabby, but the apartment is new and well equipped. It’s quite at night. Very clean. I definitely recommend it for short or long stay. The owner is super friendly and helpful. Self check in. Water, coffee - included. The towels smells so good.
