Everything about the accommodation (actually stayed in Front Door N12 nearer to the centre as 28 looks to have been booked twice (this was sorted out with the owner in the week before the stay).
I don't know how N28 could be better than N12 but if it is then wow.

Amazing small hotel. Fantastic and interesting host with great local information for food or sightseeing . Very friendly and helpful great rooms that were very clean. Fantastic breakfast with a great choice of continental options and fruits. Nothing too difficult to solve. Great place for a quiet peaceful break.
