The house was a great place to stay, had everything we need for a 5 day stay. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were crisp and clean. Easy access from major highways and roads. Being surrounded by green country and horses was a plus.

After Johan the owner, I liked the quite, comfortable location on a cul-de-sac lane most. Across the street are fields and forest. Johan is incredibly nice and talented in the kitchen. Breakfast was out of this world delicious.
On the night of my arrival Johan and I sat in delightful conversation on the patio garden.
Remise restaurant is a short walk away through the forest and worth the effort.
I wish I had had the Foresight to have booked two nights rather than the one. I would have loved to stay another day.

The bed was really comfortable! We didn't really use the kitchen, but it seemed nicely stocked. Very clean! Was happy to have a washer at my disposal. Nice sized garage for our rental car and was within walking distance of a couple of restaurants, a coffee shop and a decent sized food store. Nice quiet town, which was a huge draw for us.

It's a peaceful getaway located on a wonderful property in the town of Schilde. The generous hosts had supplied us with great information on the location and its surroundings. And we took full advantage of every amenitie the location had to offer.
A 15-minute walk on broad and wide lanes brings you downtown, with a great bakery and bike rental place for easy access to the rest of town. It's definitely worth it to pop into Dellafaille Michel in the morning before you come back, jump in the pool, and then enjoy your coffee on the terrace in front of the cottage.
We would recommend anyone passing by to make some time and treat yourself at this absolutely wonderful location.
