Everything was there and by that I mean everything including delicious breakfast.

Lovely owners, very friendly. The kids shared the 2nd bedroom but the jewel was the master suite. Very spacious and comfortable with both a bath and shower, which was lovely.
Beautifully decorated.
The kids loved the hot tub in the back and the wonderful view of fields and horses.
There was option to book riding lesson, which we would have done with longer time.
Great base for doing day visits and supermarket 2km away.

Pellet stove which I never used before, gave a lot of warmth and fireplace climate.
Ceramic electric heaters in other rooms so they don't get too cold.
Totally quiet, separated from owner's house, nobody above also.

Beautiful house in a lovely quiet country location.
We loved our stay here, it felt peaceful and so special.
Ilyas is such a lovely host and was always in touch with regards to breakfast timing and any other needs.
Breakfast was as special as all the other reviews said and was beautifully presented, always different fresh fruit, juices, meat cheese , yoghurt, Cereal, made for a lovely start to the day.
Wouldn't hesitate to book again if in the area.

Bful, Tucked away property with amazing amount of wellness facilities. Gym, Jacuzzi, Hamam you name it. Well kept clean, all facilities a d full equipped kitchen. Cherry on the cake is host Christian always happy to guide, help and recommend local events. Very close to Leuven, you can take 10 min train to Leuven from a station near by.

Thank you for hosting us. Very nice house in a peaceful location, 20 minutes by car from Leuven. There is a bus stop nearby. The house was clean and in very good condition, like the photos. The owner is also very friendly. We would definitely visit again

The house is very clean, absolutely beautiful, fully equipped, and spacious. Illya is a generous, kind, warm, and a welcoming host. The breakfasts were so delicious and beautifully served. On our last morning, Ilya prepared us a takeaway breakfast. What a treat it was !!!
In addition, we got great recommendations for places to see and restaurants near by.

A very beautiful apartment, situated in a side building of a former farmhouse in a very calm little village in Wallonia. The surroundings and the building itself are beautiful, there is a little garden with chairs for the exclusive use of the guests. There is ample parking space in the courtyard. Ilyas was a exceptionally nice and welcoming host who catered to all of our needs. He was always quickly available on WhatsApp if we needed something. The apartment is very clean and a beautiful combination of modern and older elements.
