We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which included a laundry. On day 1 we noticed a water leak coming from the laundry so called reception. Maintenance arrived within 1 hour, identified there was an issue with the washing machine and said they had to replace.
New washing machine arrived within next 3 hours and was installed! I am so appreciative.
Apartment was great value, had everything we needed, very clean and spacious. Lovely balcony with outdoor eating area, as well as inside dining table, so lots of options!
The staff were very helpful and happy to help out in anyway. Rooms were very clean and tidy and large. Beds very comfortable. We had the assistance room so shower was massive. Cooking facilities and a continental breakfast.
Fantastic location, beautiful view, very clean and very comfortable. Great restaurants and cafes within walking distance and grocery store nearby. This apartment is will be our first choice should we visit Townsville again.
