The first impression was bad, due to required of urgent cleanliness of out side of property such as main gate, windows, backyard needs tidy.
However, inside house, rooms were not bad .

The cottage was very well appointed, modern, clean, great living space, kitchen was roomy, bedroom was generous, hanging space appreciated and bathroom clean and spacious, loved that the toilet and hand basin were separate from the shower.

Everything was quality; furniture, kitchen equipment, storage, smart tv and wi-fi.

We uses to stay Hotels rather than holiday house. It was good experience that we could manage better holiday in next trip. I recommend for anyone who want to stay with reasonable price in near Philip Island. Nice and clam area, but could not beat mother nature. 3 days of rain...
