The location was amazing, right on the waterfront as described, and surprisingly quiet at night.
Nice and roomy inside, aircon which we needed and lots of information about the area, what to see and do etc.
Communicated with the hosts prior to arriving and they had some great advice about places to eat and other general information, very friendly and welcoming.

The position was fantastic. Quiet. View out to the sea was spot on. Close to sheltered swimming spot. Great walking distance to down, river etc. gave some good exercise every day. Would very happily return.
