This is our second stay and if possible it’s even better. Like coming home. It’s so comfortable and welcoming. Spacious with lots of natural light. Every appliance you’re likely to need. Short pleasant stroll to the beach. We breakfasted at Charli Bean and were treated like old friends.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The owners set the fire for us which was very welcome as we were able to sit around it in the evening. The house was located in an excellent position, close to the Merricks Trail, which we walked along for some way.
Amazing room presentation and peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle. Very clean, comfortable and great value for money. The bottle of bubbly and nibbles was an unexpected surprise and very much appreciated. Looking forward to enjoying the very comfortable bed in the near future.
A cosy nook to have an overnight stay. An excellent base to explore the Red Hill region. Thoughtful touches provided by host such as welcome biscuits and wood fire stacked and ready to light. The home was very clean and comfortable with 3 bedrooms- enough bedding for my aunt, cousin and I to enjoy our girls time away.
The location was excellent, the accommodation was generous and took our three families very comfortably. Peninsula Holiday Rentals were a delight to deal with, and having Fenians Winery on site, was a bonus.
Its the cleanest holiday house I've ever been to. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is huge and clean. All the drawers and cabinets are nicely labelled so cooking is a lot easier. Love the high ceiling & all the decor in the house.
The host was extremely helpful and welcoming, and the house was very clean and tidy and equiped with all the basics you need. The air conditioner was very warm.
Loved being greeted by the host on arrival and departure it felt very much like home. Loved that amenities were complimentary in our stay and the place was very clean. Not to mention the stunning views and the kangaroos on the property during our stay.
This was our second time staying at the Farmhouse. This is a wonderful house, beautifully furnished with a full kitchen and outdoor entertaining area. Great for a group with friends/family or just as a couple. Very clean and comfortable bed with linen sheets. Best part is that the bathroom floors are heated!
