The location is terrific with a fantastic view of Penneshaw beach across the road, and a 10 minute walk to the small town shops and pub. Every day we saw pods of dolphins right in close to the beach. The house is huge, lots of space for our family group and it was easy to accommodate family meals outside on the deck, and play games in the garage or on the large space at the upper end of the property. Two car spaces on the lower entrance. Good BBQ, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook at home. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after swimming. The hosts were super informative and communication was instant and easy. Only need to bring beach towels, that's it.

Stunning location overlooking the Backstairs Passage back to the mainland. Little Cuttlefish was perfectly appointed with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The pool was an added bonus.
Great base to explore the vast island and very close to Penneshaw for the ferry from Cape Jervis and the excellent IGA supermarket which had everything we needed and at a very reasonable price.
Would definitely recommend Little Cuttlefish as a fabulous place to stay on

Seashells Penneshaw was very clean and comfortably spacious for our family of five. It is located close to a beautiful beach, close to the meeting place for our planned excursions and within walking distance to cafes and restaurants. We had an allocated carport space to park our rental car and we enjoyed many walks on the beach that had breath-taking views. It is also located close to where the ferry travels to and from Adelaide. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family.
