Arriving at the property, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the house—it was spacious and perfect for our needs. The house was immaculately clean, and the additional facilities for the children were an absolute bonus. They loved the table tennis, totem tennis, sandpit, and other games provided.

My partner and I stayed for a 5 night getaway. Might I say at a very fair price. Firstly the property was easy to access, our host had clear instructions on arrival and departure.
As you walk in and explore the property, at every turn you can see the intricate detail and effort the hosts have put in to make this property welcoming, inviting, unique and resourceful. Those small things you might forget to pack can be found, plenty of toiletries even an umbrella for rainy days, the hosts have clearly been exceedingly thoughtful of guests. There is even a welcome book that has all the information and details of your stay!
The decor and furniture fit together in a unique style, the master bed was comfortable and shower was spacious. My partner and I loved the map on the wall in the dining room! The home was clean, tidy and organised, you feel welcomed and safe in the quiet neighbourhood. There is everything you need for a lengthy stay within 10 minutes of the property, shops, cafes, playgrounds, restaurants and more.
Outside there are several seating areas to enjoy the outdoors and warm weather. The name is fitting, it’s perfect for individuals, couples, and families to enjoy. There are working appliances, air conditioning, and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable, for us it was perfect even on a 40°+ day.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
A very clean and well appointed house with plenty of toiletries and spare blankets. The customer service was friendly and we were given plenty of information about our stay.
The location was excellent. 5 minutes from family we were visiting. In a service street which gave a buffer from High Street. Extremely quiet, given we were in town. Bed was very comfortable, towels were soft, room and carpark very clean. Everything we needed was there. Really appreciated the outdoor table and chairs right outside our room. Host David was amazing and very accommodating, allowing us a late check-out at no extra cost. This will be my go-to accommodation everytime we visit my family in Melton. Thank you David.
