We arrived late afternoon after driving several hours in the rain.
It was warm and inviting and extremely homely. The lamps were on and there were fresh flowers in vases.
It was very clean and tidy.
The kitchen had everything you needed.

The farm is big, the view in the back is beautiful, and there is a a bonus tennis court. The house has everything we need. We (including the dog) really enjoyed our time here.
The host is easy to reach to by text and very responsive. They helped me locate our missing earphone after check outs and kindly offered to post the items back to me.

Prompt check-in, the room was large, very clean and comfortable. The real bonus was the restaurant attached to the hotel. Frankie's is a quality restaurant; I had the veal which was extremely tender and a generous serving.
The rooms were so so clean. Staff very friendly. Went out of their way to help us. Great price too. We all agreed it was much better than a air b n b holiday houses. Had a great time also the restaurant was great
