Very clean, tidy and well stocked with essentials e.g with tea, coffee, sugar, condiments and toiletries. (Having milk in the fridge when we arrived was really appreciated as all shops were closed!)
Good heating and hot water supply, excellent linen (towels &sheets) and laundry facilities (washer, dryer, washing line and even some washing powder provided).
Outside BBQ worked great.

We were a group of 6 adults (3 couples), and the house was perfectly big enough for all of us. The kitchen and dining area was open and spacious, allowing us all to be there together, without tripping over each other's feet.
The driveway is nice and long, so no problems putting 2 cars in there.
There is a supermarket not far away, so it was easy to buy daily supplies.

Not usually leave review but this is a highlight of our trip. The house is full of characters, super spacious, clean and so special. It is dreamy. It is magical. Love the decoration, the little attention to details. Beds are so comfy. View is everchanging and spectacular. Saw a little wallaby jumping to her mother pouch from the living room window. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay. Should have booked longer. Next time for sure.

We were so impressed with the beach views, actually one of the best viewed beach house we had. Very clean very spacious, we had a lot of fun with the pool table and the chickens. It locates between the cbd and kettering, very convenient. The owner provides fresh bread, eggs, good coffee pods, even apples and all kitchen utensils are more than plenty.
Loved the views from the house, also the modern refurbishments. House is spacious and very clean and comfortable.
We were a group of 4 adults so the extra bedroom with en-suite was a real bonus, as was the off street parking.
Hosts were easy to communicate with and once I read the check-in instructions it was a breeze.

We had a fantastic stay at the Windsor cottage.
It was very clean and well maintained.
The kitchen was well stocked with lots of crockery. The Nespresso coffee machine was excellent.
The entire house was beautifully decorated and very warm with adequate amount of throws.
Great location, one street away from the beach, coffee shops and restaurants.
Libby was a great host and communication was excellent.
