What a welcoming, comfortable and well equipped house! The hosts have thought of everything with so many amenities at the house - comfortable beds, well designed space and just a quiet and peaceful spot to enjoy Cooktown. Quick walk to grocery or restaurants - check out the RSL and bowls club just around the corner! Would definitely return and recommend.

Nice deck with sunset views. Quiet clean roomy yet close to everything. POD coffee with milk, breakfast cereals etc. Also well as all the soap, shampoo, spices, everything. Were they in the hotel business? Parking too

This place is simply brilliant. Outstanding view, private location plus great kitchen, lounge, balcony and bedrooms. Whilst it's a little on the expensive side, for our long weekend away we were happy we paid the extra.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Great little motel with lovely staff and very comfortable room with ensuite, very clean and kitchenette was very handy too with plates and cutlery etc and supplies of tea, coffee and milk (in well-sized fridge). Good sized TV also. The pool was a bonus too as it was definitely warm enough for a swim : )
Beautiful little cabins out of town a little, but a short drive in. Very clean, comfortable beds and a great pool, small but enough to cool off in. Didn’t see the owners, but everything went very smooth
Pranom is an excellent host, warm and friendly. Our Orchid Suite was very clean and fresh. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the view as the sun went down was very special. The location was central for our needs as we were able to walk to almost all of the locations we had on our list.
