Boutique Beach House was the perfect anchor for our weekend in St Kilda. Close to amenities, easy to access, no stairs, good layout and great communication from our lovely hosts made it a weekend to remember. We will definitely be back!

Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Room very clean and big enough for the family to stay. I presume if my next visit I will be staying at the same place. Staffs are friendly and smiling 😃 face. Definitely I will book again soon and visit

I had a great stay with my dogs, thanks to Vivien! A beautiful little home, with a backyard for the dogs. Very clean and comfortable, really felt like a home away from home! Check-in was easy, and the building and their car park were very secure. The parking cost $20 for the night.
