There is a host you communicate on booking and a Lady that meets you on site - she lives the next door and can help with facilities - very friendly people, but mainly speak German. We got a grill by request, did some laundry and emptied garbage bins few times.
Cars were outside, but there is a garage with a place to dry and store all the ski gears.
There is a ski bus stop in 3 munities, first bus is only around 9am. There are also city buses and the stop is ~10 min away - those schedule you can easier find on google maps.
Also, good spot if you don't ski, just to plan hikes (there were maps in a drawer under the tv, very helpful, please maintain). Highly recommend to visit a cave in a glacier!
Also, as rest day activity, there is a brewery nearby, with excursions and degustation on Wednesdays;)

I highly recommend it! Perfect place to stay in Zell, exactly as described. Very clean, cozy. The location is phenomenal, it probably couldn't be better. Ski bus 1 minute away. Right in the center of Zell and all the shops, but still quiet. Very nice and trouble-free contact. It was great to be here for the second time.
Nice and very clean apartment, right next to the gondola to go up the slopes. Breakfast was exceptional, everything was very clean, sauna is great. I would definitely stay here again!
We had a great stay in this place. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s only a 5 min walk from the ski lift and also not far away from the city center. The possibility to visit the spa area near is amazing. A huge thank you to a host who greeted us and made our stay comfortable, as well as our departure, he was very kind and accommodated every our need.
The hostess is very warm and welcoming, the property was very clean. The view from the apartment into the valley is mind-blowing. Garbage handling was smooth. Drive to the Rosenalm ski-lift was just 10 minutes.
The flat is simultaneously charming and beautiful with a lovely balcony and picturesque views. Very clean and well equipped - one of the loveliest places we´ve ever stayed.

Would definitely stay here again if we are going to visit Zillertal again.
Everything,apartments were close to city centre,very clean and organized.In the kitchen we found everything we needed.Bedroom was big with very comfortable beds.We enjoyed our stay.
