It was our second time in Haus Helga and we will be happy to be back again :) The house is spacious, warm and well equipped, you can really feel like home here! Daniel is a great host - always happy to help. Uttendorf is a very nice village, quiet, no crowds, friendly people. The shops are within 10 minutes of walk, ski resorts Kaprun, Zell am See or Wildkogel within 15 minutes of drive. It's a great place for winter holidays.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
We liked a lot being there. The building was very clean and presentable. We were on a short snowboarding/skiing trip and it was perfect for us. My partner and I felt very comfortable, the facilities were perfect for our needs. The small kitchen provided everything one needs for a short stay, the room itself was very pleasant, very warm and the view of the valley from the balcony was amazing. After the whole day on the run, we really looked forward to coming back and just enjoy a cozy evening at the Teglbauernhof.
All facilities. Very clean. Easy to find. Almost brand new. Easy to travel in the valley to different ski locations (by car). I strongly recommend for families going for a ski vacation. And the price…was 3-4 times lower than similar locations in the neighborhood.
Cosy, clean and well equipped accomodation. It has a garden equipped with a bbq spot and various playing options for children. They will simply love it :) Situated in the heart of beautiful Uttendorf. 5 minutes away from the village lake which has excellent leisure facilities for all tastes. Also very clean. People are super friendly. Excellent starting point for hiking, cycling or skying in the winter season. Very recommendable!
The hotel was great. The staff was friendly and met all our expectations quickly. There is a sauna, gym and children's playroom. Also free parking right in front of the hotel. There is a very nice and big garden behind the apartment. The location of the apartment is right in the center of the village. Rooms were very clean. There is a very nice lounge for breakfast.
The hotel and the room were very clean. Staff were very friendly. The location of the hotel is very good, in the city center. There is also a large children's playroom with lots of toys. This is a great opportunity for families traveling with children.
The place is very clean with brand new kitchen including a very fast oven. Anita (landlord) is very helpful and knowledgeable. The place has a nice balkony. It is located on a working farm. It's located far from the main road meaning it's very quite. The place is definitely a great value for money. I strongly recommend it. I will be back.
Absolutely fantastic multi-course dinners, which were a gourmet experience for me. All staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. The staff even cleaned our car of snow and provided well-maintained roads, balconies and terraces. Rooms and other facilities were very clean. It was cleaned every day.
