Amazing house, fully equipped. Everything was even better than we expected - house is spot clean, fresh, well furnished. Every morning we gladly used "fresh bread service" at our door. A very pleasant surprise was possibility to receive a discount for ski pass (saved approx. 40eur per person for 6day ski pass). House has separate room for ski equipment with boot heaters.
Host is very welcoming and will help with any question.
Location is also very convenient - 8min drive to Samnaun. Ski bus also operates.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
We had a unique experience in a complete holiday home, the owner was very kind and helpful, it is worth mentioning that the holiday home is a bit far from the center but the bread delivery service was enough for us, also the house is made of wood so at first we had difficulties in adapting to the presence of insects and spiders, Everything else was fine and the house was beautifully taken care of, the outside garden was beautiful, we definitely hope to come back again to enjoy the rich history of this holiday home
