We have come to House Anna for the second time, and again, we were more than satisfied. The house is large and comfortable, fully equipped and ideally located in a walking distance from the lift.
The hosts were very kind to us, preparing even some toys for the kids and welcome gifts for everybody.
We will definitely like to come again next year.

Big house, many rooms, cleaness. Well equiped. The hostand cleaning lady were helpfull. Toys, TV, DVD player and DVDs. Slides were provided. Sajna was nice.

These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Very good hotel! Location is the best, lift and Semmering centre is near by (100 m). Very clean, very good service, stuff is the best! Breakfast was very tasty! We recommend it and hope to come back!

It was located in a wonderful place and the view was also amazing. The owner of the hotel was very kind and helpful and inform us about a lot of programs and restaurants. The breakfeast was also very delicious and unique. The room was very cleaned and friendly.

New furniture, great design- better than on the photos! Fully equipped, including coffee capsules. Lot of kitchenware. 50 m meters from Billa and 15 min walk from the station. Very clean inside, lot of towels, fresh linen. Nice Italian restaurant is in front of the apartment. Host was very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and definitely would love to return again.
The hosts were kind enough to let me store my bikes their garage. Breakfast was good, the room was very clean and it had a nice view of the bike park from the balcony.
The propriety is close to the gondola, there are a couple decent restaurants a few meters away where you can eat if their restaurant is closed. You can also find a bakery nearby.
