The host was helpfully with us. The villa is ok, but I expected more. The rooms are good and the beds comfortable. The view is incredible. Parking for 2 cars.

The owner of VILA 10 (now changed to MANSION 10 suddenly:) asked me by email to delete the rating on booking.com, as the booking.com page of the Villa 10**** describes the rooms and the equipment - except for the interior - exactly as you found the villa. So, this is just a false expectation.

1. The house is owned by elderly people who have stopped living there and rent it out, so it feels much more like a house they live in than a luxury hotel (which I expected given the price they charge, €5000 per week for me) ** I did not find it mentioned on booking.com**
2. 2 of the rooms we ordered were with folded beds (In Booking it says: 1 large double bed. ** I did not find it mentioned on booking.com**
3. 2 of the rooms were not really bedrooms (just the living room converted to bedrooms) ** I did not find it mentioned on booking.com**

What a lovely chalet, modern and clean but still with some Austria flavour. The giant TV and fantastic soundsystem were a real hit with my team and the sauna was perfect for Apres Ski. Very quick drive to Kuhtai.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
